Mamma Giulietta is the brainchild of Juliette Iozzi. After researching what options were out there for Italian style cooking workshops, Juliette recognised there was a gap in the market when it came to offering in depth workshops based on tradition and simplicity.

Growing up, Juliette’s mamma was always cooking something. She would venture into the back garden to pick fresh vegetables and turn them into traditional, flavour filled creations that family and friends would enjoy. Her creations were simple, traditional, and full of love, which was the key ingredient. Through Mamma Giulietta’s Home Cooking Workshops, Juliette teaches these simple techniques passed down through the generations to create dishes from the southern Italian regions just like her mamma would prepare.

Traditionally, dishes were created without any of the modern-day kitchen equipment that we see today. It was done by hand, by eye and by feel, in a loving and caring way.
